yeh mait trust me I’d buy loads if them nuggets were halal and I was there.

I’m just stoned so brain is far too smart for its own good currently

 

Prefer lamb or mutton to beef when making a curry

Rarely do beef tbh

 

Oh they are halal bro, place is bang in the middle of mini Morocco so deffo halal

All this ****s made me hungry again ffs.

 

Trick is cooking the beef slow first in some beef stock and herb and dat til it's soft then it's ready to cook proper.

Like today I fried the beef strips and onions then added half a jar of paste filled up the rest of the jar with water, chucked it in and let that simmer low for bout hour and 20, then added toms and again simmered for about an hour.

But if you aint got time beefs just not the one tbh

Super busy today so just made a chili, love doing it this way. All ingredients except the tomatoes and beans thrown into a pan and fried then add the tomatoes and leave all day on low.

 

Bacon from my local butcher. None of that Lidl ****e. Magnificent.

 

Made some chili yesterday to test my new (second hand) pressure cooker.
Turned out well, get that slow cooked all day long thing in 45 mins.

 

Remember Sunday lunch when I was a kid with that thing going.

****ing hell, the 1970’s called and wants its kitchen implements back.

 

Just walked aost a mcdees and had to get a big mac and a double cheese

 

I’ve fallen out with our nearest Maccies. She went to get some Grand Big Macs when they were on, charged us for them, receipt was right, in the bag - double cheese ffs.

Went back a few weeks later, Grand Big Mac had finished - fume, ordered Big Macs got them home, they’d put Big Tasty sauce on the ****er, they must employ absolute tards at our one.
