Probably not what you imagine, Its a beef mince with all the usual stuff, onion, garlic, tomatoes, cheese and shed loads of paprika cooked like a normal stew but add macaroni. real comfort food.

but he seems to prefer indian food, which i know little about, as i eat it rarely, as it ****ing destroys me.

I love indian food but tend to cook whatever I'm hankering for but can cook most cusines.

Why not? If I was running an Italian restaurant no but I'm not and I do like that with some italian dishes but not lasagna.
