If it's anything like aldi yeah. I can now see why the big four are concerned about their profit margins now. Long overdue as well.

Done some Comm hoying today of sorts - I'd bought a bottle of Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Adli's and wanted to try it out, so....

In one dish I put chicken breasts covered in the olive oil along with chopped garlic, left it to soak most the day.

In another dish I just took random stuff from the fridge...

There was a savoy cabbage, so took part of that and shredded it for the base
    One large Onion chopped
    Red Pepper chopped chunky sizes
The same with an Orange Pepper
    Then Corgettes chopped
I covered it all in olive oil and salt to season
Finished it off by covering in random slices of bacon

I put the chicken breasts in first for 10/15 mins
Then put in the veg dish for 5/10 mins
Then transferred the chicken to the veg dish, left to cook for a further 5 mins
Before serving i chopped the chicken and bacon up in to pieces, mixed it all in the hot olive oil.

Served in a large bowl. Tasted fantastic. Chicken was really tender, that was bought from aldi too.

Oh....and not a single piece of garlic bread in sight!

Tonight had roast ham, cauliflower cheese, mash potato and sliced green beans.
