Stir fry needs the rice to be washed first though, to wash of the starches.
Otherwise it will end up all clumpy like Luv's

I did think it looked a bit clumpy, but overall I'd still eat it.
I asked him already, he just said it was chilled from the night before.
Although when I make fried rice and fridge it, it comes out loose still.
