Cook through...low to medium...adding a bit of water depending on what consistency you want.
    Throw in potatoes,peas,coriander

Looks good as always mate. Don't think I've ever seen you cook a shhite meal. All good ingredients, prepared well and cooked superbly from what I can tell. I wasn't too sure of the tomatoes, but they boil down to virtually nothing, so don't look odd. I tend to buy beef mince, might have to give lamb a try.

I’m not a fan of thick ones either, the general supermarket ones barring M&S are ****e, so we usually have chapati instead. They’re obviously proper Asian bakery shizzle, defo wid.

Paper shop round corner from office has a tandoori oven just for bread.

Have to go at lunch if you want any, 3 for £1. I get six cos I’m greedy and three wouldn’t make it home!

How do you find ready made ginger garlic paste? I always found it a bit watery and has a weird smell and possibly additives to give it shelf life (some brands). I make it myself as it’s not easy to get outside of BKK, I freeze it in 1” cubes in a tray, easy to use. Nice keema btw. :)
