Looks good as always mate. Don't think I've ever seen you cook a shhite meal. All good ingredients, prepared well and cooked superbly from what I can tell. I wasn't too sure of the tomatoes, but they boil down to virtually nothing, so don't look odd. I tend to buy beef mince, might have to give lamb a try.

no mate purchased from a local shop...3 for a quid...nice and tin...I do t like the thick ones

I’m not a fan of thick ones either, the general supermarket ones barring M&S are ****e, so we usually have chapati instead. They’re obviously proper Asian bakery shizzle, defo wid.

I find Beef to be more oily...but that’s me...beef works too.

Paper shop round corner from office has a tandoori oven just for bread.

Have to go at lunch if you want any, 3 for £1. I get six cos I’m greedy and three wouldn’t make it home!

At the pub I had a salt beef burger (2 beef burgers, pulled beef, mustard sauce and the usual stuff. Was pretty nice but deffo not worth 12 quid.

Mrs had a katsu chicken burger, that was bangin, was jealous after tasting a bit.

Recipe for 2lb of lamb mince

Turmeric powder
coriander powder
Cumin powder
Cumin seeds
2 large onions/3 medium
4 tomatoes
4 chillis
Coriander
potatoes par boiled(Optional)
salt
Garam masala
Garlic/ginger paste
Garden peas(optional)

When cooked through golden and transparent add the ginger/garlic(1Tbsp)and give it a few more minutes

throw in the meat and the herbs n spices(amounts up to your preference)and a cup of water(depends how dry you want it)

How do you find ready made ginger garlic paste? I always found it a bit watery and has a weird smell and possibly additives to give it shelf life (some brands). I make it myself as it’s not easy to get outside of BKK, I freeze it in 1” cubes in a tray, easy to use. Nice keema btw. :)
