There is another factor in making me right here.. If as you say dinner is in fact lunch time, how is brunch explained in this world? Clearly if god intended lunch time to in fact be dinner time then clearly a late breakfast early lunch would be brinner.. Which it isn't.. Therefore I must conclude lunch time to be just that..
See that's just another can of worms.. As it has time perameters.. If you wake up at midday is your first meal of the day breakfast or lunch.. Or if you eat a breakfast type food is that brunch.. Or brinner.
Breakfast is exactly that, breaking your fast. It is therefore the first meal after you haven't eaten for a period of time. Doesn't have to be in the morning.
No doubt our in house fountain of knowledge swarbs will be on tomoro with a three page insight in to the origins of dinner and lunch time.. I suspect we are all in fact correct and they all have meaning dating back to Edwardian times.. And people probably had breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and supper.. Though I suspect tea was just that, tea with a bit of cake.. That said where dis elevenses originate from?? Is that not tea and cake time??
I had Biltong breakfast! About to have some porridge for brinner, which I should have had for breakfast.
Sweats, I'll E mail you my next £9,95 two course plus a drink vouhcer from Pizza Express. Once you're on the list they send them to you, not to be found on voucher code sites. They apply at weekends too. Could murder a Diavolo. For dinner. Eric, did you go for pizza at Ben and Jerry's or a burger?
Nice.. That would be most acceptable.. I've had nothing for breakfast.. Just coffee.. Not good at eating in the mornings..
Vis a vis lunch/dinner When you pack your kids off to school you send them with a packed lunch or packed dinner?
Do they have school lunch or school dinners? Eh? Eh? Today I am having ham and whole grain mustard sandwiches for dinner.
