Must admit, our lass makes spag bol. ****in hate spag bol. Always add jalapeños if I'm re heating it from the freezer.
Still not sure why the **** you just don't make a decent chilli and have it with spagetti. Way better. <badger>
Next day it's acceptable to add chili's or hot sauce but not on the night it's made. That's the rule.
 
Chilli should have cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, fresh oregano, a cinnamon stick......

I don’t do any of this ‘it’s supposed to be like’....it’s supposed to taste and be like you want it to be...that’s food for me.
