Little Welsh delicacy "cheese boats" ... basically baked potatoes ... scrape out spud, add cheese(s) any condiments including Tabasco, sweet chilli whatever... cooked bacon, hot dog, spring onion ... anything you like really ... then put mix back in spud skin and under the grill until melty loveliness ... side salad ... cheap'n cheerful but very, very tasty

So day off.

Pork shoulder cooked in peppercorns, salt, garlic, coke and beer for 4 hours.

Made a chili sauce with onion, garlic, peppers, peppercorns, chili, celery, cinnamon, cumin, hot and smoked paprika, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes and beef stock.

Combined the two and now reducing.

Tip, keep the Coke in the toilet for cleaning the bog mate.

Coke is great to add sweetness it's a runny molasses after all.
