It seems to me that people understand "woke" to mean ultra liberalism. Some of the replies to your OP seem to bear that out. So if someone (probably in the media) refers to woke policing, they are probably talking about coppers spending hours trawling through someone's @rsebook history to see if they offended someone 4 years ago, instead of trying to catch the toe-rag who burgled your house last week. You and I do not have the right not to be offended. If people use what we might think of as offensive language, then that's the price we pay for free speech -and it's a price worth paying all day long.

There are trans people with gender dysphoria and then there are ‘trans’ people who are doing it because it’s a trend. Kids especially like to experiment with their identities.

Think she had a Huron haircut as in the picture. For some reason people in this country started calling it a Mohican cut but in the USA it was a Mohawk, of which the Hurons were one of the tribes. The Mohicans had long hair.

also Iroquois - I think confusion came from tv version of last of the Mohicans , many moons ago, when most of the Indians - woke version, native Americans - had ' mohicans ' but the last of the mohicans, ie only one indian, hence the word last - had long hair - however the word mohican stuck

Always watched that on TV.There was a craze for mohicans in the early 60s, only amongst those a bit older, and generally from let us say the rougher estates where parents were a bit more lax in their parenting, and a sure fire way to be sent home from school. Once heard a barber saying the same about haircuts when I was waiting and some lad asked him for a Mohican, Asked him if he was really sure before going ahead.
Funny old world back then. You got sent home if you had a crewcut then 2 years later if your hair touched your collar.
