Mustard is a condiment, you fool.

I commend a fine Welsh cheese called Y fenni. Hard cheese packed full of mustard. Sadly forbidden to me now because of stratospheric salt content, but I remember it with immense fondness. Couple with a medium quality port (good stuff would be wasted with this much mustard)
