Der!
I ran a similar poll earlier in the season although I cannot find the bloody thing.

Should we say bye bye Jimmy?

I've never been one to call for it in the past so readily but yes... there are no signs of improvement.

No. Not now. The Board need to look at both investment in players and if the DOF function is working or not, first. I doubt they have done that yet - we beat Fulham and Bristol City this month.

I think investment in better players is necessary. If a very well qualified Manager is available and would join us, Les would be the one to go, and it would be down to the new Manager to look at Jimmy''s future as Coach.

Investment in players is obviously a good thing but what actually comes of bringing good, young (or experienced) players in if there's a clueless manager who almost instantly destroys their confidence and doesn't give them a chance to shine. It's kind of a waste of time, money and effort.

It was time for him to go as soon as the Telegraph tape came out. The fact that he is clearly a **** manager should just make it easier. Just how stupid are our owners? Gilt edged chance to dump him and take the moral high ground and they give him 'full support'.

I have seen nothing or heard of nothing that suggests Jimmy is destroying players confidence if that is what you mean. What I have heard of that is sure to destroy confidence is booing and rubbishing our own players, even young ones playing their first game or games for us at Loftus Road.

Luckily I don't boo and I cheer on our team more than most in the stadium, even players who haven't been doing well.

But if you don't think JFH has brought the players' then I can't make you see it. Surely, though, the evidence is in the fact that a number of good players are playing below what we know they can give. I actually think the players show in almost every game that they have talent. But for all their trying they're being broken down by all sorts of teams and they're hardly able to break down any team in the league. Add to that being played out of position and I can't believe that any of this is either giving them self-confidence or keeping their self-confidence consistent. How long can the players put strong effort in with bad results and performances continuing?

Hope the club sticks with him TBH had enough of stupid change and fickle support ... The club has a complete recent history of almighty cockups
Don't care if we are top dollar yet after what we have shown the footballing world we deserve nothing ... that is re developed with some stability and patience. Restore the club's creditability from empty promises and failures ... win win win to feed what exactly?
Give us back the good fortune that makes QPR great ... win or lose

Again I suggest some CBT and meditation required

The clueless t@@t needs to go ASAP. Had enough of him before he even became manager.
Don't forget he is Chelsea scum as well, that deserves instant sacking.

Definite yes!
It is not the poor results, it's the poor management and dull, tedious football served up by players who are clearly not expressing themselves.
This will be the first half season in over 20 years of exile that I haven't been over for at least one game. I really cannot raise the enthuasiam.
