Alright for some
I worked hard for a lot of years. 13--14 hours a day sometimes. Now, I'm retired! Don't ask me to do one damn thing I don't want to do!

Yup fair play
I go a fair bit, along with lots of walking and swimming.
I've lost 2 stone in 9 weeks.
Down to 12st 9lbs.
Not that you particularly want to know but it makes me feel better

Just finished. Pouring sweat, I've just run 3 miles on top of 90 mins weights & machines.
Feeling good though. Those lovely endorphins!

Surfing and Mountain biking also mix a nice dose of adrenaline in with those endorphins
