    I go a fair bit, along with lots of walking and swimming.

    I've lost 2 stone in 9 weeks.

    Down to 12st 9lbs.

    Not that you particularly want to know but it makes me feel better <ok>

    Just finished. Pouring sweat, I've just run 3 miles on top of 90 mins weights & machines.

    Feeling good though. Those lovely endorphins! :biggrin:
