Yes the draft said ghastly but the bottled has a nice hoppy quality but not a session beer for sure, for that I'd probably go for mahou.

I make a mean Spinach and Haloumi curry. My missus is vegetarian. When I first moved to Cornwall you couldn't get Paneer cheese anywhere, so I substituted it for Haloumi. A bit of Greek / Indian fusion cooking. ****ing top notch it is :)

Yeah, bloody veggies! My youngest son is one ( lapsed occasionally ) problem is, they're a pain the rectal region when you've got a lot of people coming, and you have to cater separately for them!...

Seeing as my wife is veggie, that pretty much makes me veggie when we're at home. No point cooking two separate meals. But if we go out, I'll have a big fat juicy steak and I am partial to bacon tiger bap at the weekend :)

Just finishing my day off as I started it...ripping Skiddy to bits.

    Beautiful symmetry.

Skylarker and Hoddle is a god like this.
  15. I don't know what's happened to Skiddy. I mean, he was never the full ticket, but now he's just demented!

He seems to have a real downer on me. What have I ever done to upset the bloke? Sure, I coined the name Skiddy, and I have likened him to a yellowish smear on the gusset of this forum, but it's as though he's taking that personally!

I enjoy cooking, so it's no biggie for me. Depending on what sort of evening it is, I usually do a couple of one pot stews, so maybe a chorizo and butter bean stew and a bean and dumpling stew for veggies. My missus is a great baker too, so she usually makes some great garlic flatbreads to mop it all up with. Plenty of good wine and job's a good un <ok>

Chicken and chorizo is one of my favourite easy cook meals. I use Chorizo picante and maybe add a touch of pimenton picante too. Garlic, onion, tomatoes, red and green peppers, black olives serve with brown basmati rice. :emoticon-0110-tongu

Sounds great. Can you get Pimenton Picante in the UK ? I use Paprika and chillies, tons of garlic and a my secret touch is a little bit of Bouillon.

I sometimes make a chicken and black bean stew, based on a mexican recipe I also add a bit of chocolate which really develops the flavours.
Mate, get off of that Diet coke rubbish though, that **** is loaded with chemicals.
