Barnard hardly kicked a ball for Spurs, so he hardly has Premiership experience. Hammond played for Brighton and Colchester, neither of whom were Championship heavy-weights. Morgan and Lallana played with us in the Championship during a relegation battle. Sharp and Puncheon have both only just got on the bus. Guly's experience was abroad. Hooiveld hardly kicked a ball for Celtic, and his other experience is again abroad. From memory, Chaplow hardly kicked a ball for WBA as well.

We do not have a squad packed with players who are experienced in getting out of this division, and into the Premiership. But any way, I've got no idea why we're even getting into this, so I think I'll leave it here.

Guly didn't play in serie A. Would Cesena have loaned a first teamer to us? And would an established serie A player go to a league 1 club?

Plenty of top-flight experience in the squad though, considering we haven't been there for a while.
