Yeah, osteo works with bones and soft tissue surrounding bone mass. Chiro work on philosophy that majority of pain can be resolved or helped by manipulations to the spine, where the nerve centre sits. Little bit more complex than that, granted, but that's some of the basis (as I understand it). There's essentially a lot of crossover these days though.
