Cattermole was MOTM for me today, kept his head won the ball well and used it sensibly. He drove us forward and put in a captains performance. Brown and Ferdinand were superb too, they look like they could become a very good partnership. Bardo looked very comfortable at RB, which IMO is his best position. Richardson had a bit of a nightmare in the first half, he was much better in the 2nd half. He needs time lads, I agree a natural LB would be much better but we don't have one. We could all get on his back but that aint going to help the situation. With any luck Oshea will come in and play on the left which would solve the problem. Richardson can then be back up for the off the striker role in case Sess gets injured.

Only 1 game I know, and I really hate to say I told you so, but well, I told you so :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Those that have seen me as virtually a lone voice over Brown for months will know what i mean.

Now just to get O`Shea in and see what he can do for our defence.

To be fair i doubt you hated saying it.

good singings by your manager this season. I predict both sunderland and newcastle to be in the top 10

I know you will think I am biased saying this but I have no doubt of all the signings you have made this summer Brown and O'Shea will be the best. Two experienced players who have done it all, have a winning mentality bred into them and will bring great stability to your defence.

Seriously mate, Brown was different level.

If he keeps that up, we have made one of the signings of the decade.

£1million. Unreal.

Think i'd go with Cattermole for MOTM, he's a much better footballer than most people give him credit for. Also think i'd keep the fullbacks as they are for the time being.

Catts was excellent, hopefully he sees that he's challenged now and steps up, they tried to goad him a ew times, but he kept his temper, i only wish he'd passed in stoppage time, he can't shoot with his right, yet he fancied it on his left.

Well done Catts, a solid 8, and a good captains show.

Wes was a 9 though ;)

Wes Brown was good and Sausagegone looked ok until he got into a good position I didn't think Liverpool played any good football and it was all long ball

Wes has trained with some of the best strikers at his time at United. Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke, Ruud Van Nistleroy, Henrik Laarson, Ronaldo, ect. The likes of Andy Carrol won't scare him!

He was ****ing woeful Sombrero marra.

You raped them of at least £23million.

He looked like he was up for it and played with heart -he did look threatening, especially with Charlie on your team. quite a few of our players were were looking at Carroll when Suarez sneaked one in the near post
