It was actually Ditchingham but I used Bungay as I thought Ditchingham a little esoteric.(A word I am sure you will hear every day of the week in the public bar of The Duke of York or The Artichoke).
Ditchinham used to have a brilliant fish and chip shop! I had a school friend from there, broad Norfolk but you'never guess from his name! Ennio Beckham!
No I didn't copy and paste it Minty, it's been on my computer for ages. As I deal with people all round the country it's a bit of a laugh for them, as well as us, to try to explain some of the accents they hear. Plus I'm not ashamed of where I come from or how I speak, it's no different to say a Geordie or Irish accent, it's me and I'm proud of my Norfolk heritage. Hope that clears it up and hasn't made you even more pissed off!
