No I just don’t **** on a coach because of where he’s coached previously. Literally changes nothing in my eyes.
He at least reached their play offs though. They also have regressed since he left.

Achieving their equivalent of play offs 2 seasons in a row. They’ve gone backwards since he left. I doubt many championship teams would get promoted if their play offs were the same as in Germany

Missed out to a last minute winner one year, following year I’m pretty sure they lost to Stuttgart who finished in the champions league spots following year. If you’re a good coach you’ll do well anywhere, I think Walter is really knowledgable he’s just come in as someone who will have needed an established squad

They spend 40 hours+ a week around it
Theres loads of diff circumstances as to why it might not work at one club
Maybe he finds it harder to get across his instructions to his unique system harder in english

He wouldnt be the first coach to be too stubborn though
Peps been asked a few times about these enquiries that's gonna happen and he just says lets see what happens. Now I might be a cynic but I find it strange they've lost so many games on the trot after being the team to beat the last few seasons. Anybody else think he might be trying to get sacked so he's not tarnished with what's to come?

..he got them promoted at the end of last season ... their in Bundesliga 1 now... on Sky actually
