These proposals are a joke,
Scrap the charity shield? Only one game and allways been the start of the season.
Scrap the cups? If the big boys don’t want to play they should have the option to not play, if they want to play they should start in the same round as everyone else, they have big squads and youth teams, use them.
Reduce the size of the premier league? Less games less money whether it be fans or tv.

So 2 clubs owned by yanks come up with a plan, chuck in a little sweetner for the lower leagues, and call it project big picture, project big pockets morelike.

Poly take off your USA tinted glasses or english footie will end up with 4 quarters and Wembleybowl type season enders.

As for the Jocks I like the rivalry, they are good at winning somethings........the wooden spoon.

Then it would be a 19 team league.
To get down to 18 it's 4 straight down and 2 straight up, the 16 placed prem clum would then play off with 3 from the Championship. After the first season it's 2 down 2 up, and third bottom prem team playing off with championship 3/4/5.

So now we have Cooper and Llorente injured and out of the Wolves game. Internationals could end up screwing our season up. Bamford said yesterday theres only 6 players training at TA from the first team and even the kids have players away with 21s 19s etc

I believe these are the clubs that didn't want the EFL to impose our 15 point deduction. I think they could be supported the rest of the EFL can go ......
