I guess it’s a double edged sword. If these people want to invest it isn’t because they’re interested in football in general or Leeds United in particular. They see it as a way of making money. Only way that happens is if we get promoted so on the face of it, the new owners are going to give it a go this season. Of course the owners also see it as a way to make quick profit. Then we’re back into the unknown.

after thunkung for a week i have cancelled my membership.sick of seeing no mark players either not trying or just not good enough.i know my pittance will not hurt the overpaid ****ers pockets but i have had enough .plus there are too many members which was a big con by the club who just set no limits.

No they don’t but their role is to appoint the right people to run the recruitment and football side of things. And the new chairman has been around for about four years.
