Liverpool need cash after the Nunez deal and Fulham offering big cash for Minamino and Neco Williams. Wolves also chasing Minamino now

Nico Williams would be fantastic for us. We have kristensen now though.

Lots of transfer stories around today, yet all quiet on the Leeds front, which is unusual. Seems Minamino has around 9 options open to him and looking at transfermarkt odds they are all in decline, except Phillips to City and Roca to Leeds?

Doc whatever happened to the young Irish lad we signed last year?

If you mean 18 year old Charlie Allen that we got from Linfield, then he played 11 times for the u23's and 11 times for the under 18's last year.

He is under contract to June 2023
Mike sorry a bit late to this. Aski is correct if you afe meaning Charlie Allen, but he signed a couple if years ago. He was part of the U17/U18 squads but as a 17yo managed to play 7 games for the U23s as well in his first season with us. Last season he played 11 times for the 23s as well as playing for the 18s. He has developed as expected into a fine baller. The 23s this coming season are in the enviable position of having Lewis Bate if not in the first team squad, Sean McGurk and Charlie as real ballers who can dominate the middle. Charlie and Sean developed a great partnership last season. You may have been meaning the Irish kid Cian Coleman, who was actually born in Pudsey but has selected Ireland as his National team and calls himself Irish. Hes now 18 and has developed well as a solid DM for the 18s and 17s, he may get a chance for the 23s this coming season :emoticon-0148-yes:
