New stadium on the existing site incoming then <ok>

Guess they all see potential for selling at £2+ Billion in the future but if we were to be taken over it really needs to be someone who's not doing it for profit but a genuine sports fan who wants to create something as a legacy. The new Chelsea owners have taken a lot of stick but they seem to want to compete right at the top so they seem pretty good to me so far.

For what it's worth though I'd take a Jim Ratcliffe in a heartbeat but whether he'd have the grandiose plans for us as we all wish for no one knows. What we do know is, as it stands we're always for sale at the right price which is why I'm disappointed with Radz for all the bollocks about new inner city training grounds and developing ER. Clearly he had no intention of ever going through with any of that but was just identifying future opportunities to try and attract investors, which worked with the 49ers now fully on board.

Tbh mate,I feel first and foremost the ownership needs sorting first and quickly, as in the next few weeks. Then the owner needs a long term project with the correct coach,a long term appointment who can then run along with a dof and both given time, as more or less we need a total overhaul of the squad but that won't happen in one close season.

Agreed but who decides on the style of play and sort of player going forward. You’d imagine the DOF but Marsch and Bielsa are like chalk and cheese, big Sam, well that’s something else.

Do we need a DOF yet or do we go forward with a simple manager who signs his own players, do we go back to a Garry Monk style team

We might approach someone who says I don’t want or need a DOF give me a budget and control and I’ll do it my way

The problem with Sam is the same problem with Bruce, Redknapp, Moyes and all the old boys as they will not work with a DoF. Wonder why Sam is slagging off new players and blaming the team. Yes he may be right but he’s getting his excuses in early

Virtually the same team that gave Newcastle a real test and earn't a creditable draw rolled over against West Ham. Big Sam should share in the responsibility for that.

Total bollocks putting it all on the players as though there was nothing more that could have been done.

    ****er.

It is a quandary mate, all out of our control.
Not sure if it's true but heard the ownership is becoming a nightmare because of relegation, both parties want out and are working flat out to find a buyer to take full control.

Going to use the word philosophical and say Radz bought the club for £50m then spent another £20m on buying ER back. The club may be worth £150m only now if relegated and 49ers have almost paid Radz his initial outlay so whatever he gets now from 49ers is all bunce
