    Finally got some good news and hopefully exchanging contracts tomorrow on our house sale and home on the 8th February.

    If this all goes well we should be home by the 8th February.

    Huge thanks to @Gordon Armstrong, @farnboromackem and @Somebodys pinched my sombrero for their help and advice.

    Thank you to you all for comments and I owe you all a drink when I see you

    Where are you leaving? Used to live in Yatton (North Somerset although then was part of Avon) before moving to Gunnislake on the Cornwall/Devon Border and then just outside Camborne before I retired and hotfooted it back to Durham.

    Good Luck with the move.
