Finally got some good news and hopefully exchanging contracts tomorrow on our house sale and home on the 8th February.

If this all goes well we should be home by the 8th February.

Where are you leaving? Used to live in Yatton (North Somerset although then was part of Avon) before moving to Gunnislake on the Cornwall/Devon Border and then just outside Camborne before I retired and hotfooted it back to Durham.
