did anyone hear Dion Dublins thoughts on what happened .

he said (slight paraphrasing here) that Brunt had gone to the disabled set of fans to give a shirt to a fan , then turned to the normal fans .

i spluttered my coffee when i heard it , it was during the FA cup show around 5pm i cant remember exactly .
He'll end up on the bake a cake show with Jermaine Jenas and washed up Spice if he's not careful

What a stereotypical football thug. In the outfit, with the branding. Hopefully there is an image of him throwing it. Shouldn't be too hard to pick out in that colour. I wonder if a banning order will improve his opinion of himself.

I quite liked the lad who went down the steps pulling a moon.

Wonder how his arse came to be hanging out!

Storm in a tea cup. If WBA had of won Brunt would have picked the coin up, kissed it and pretended to put it in his back pocket.
Similar to when a can of drink was thrown at Dean Windass. He picked it and pretended to take a swig, that's class.
Not condoning coin throwing but come on, it was the main topic of discussion on MOTD and its all over the papers this morning.
Football's getting soft.

I sort of agree. That **** Pulis ranting and raving that it's the worst thing he's ever seen. Come off it. Shouldn't happen and its scummy but far worse things have gone on in the past and far worse things will go on again.

Godsend for Pulis and his underperforming side, shifts scrutiny onto some spotty berk instead of their **** performance and season-ending defeat.

Sir Alex would give a sly thumbs-up.

These people are not football fans just idiots attending a football game.

Though when I first started watching City in the fifties this was common place, though in the name of charity, they would walk around the ground at half time with a stretcher type collecting hammock, and people would throw coins from the stands into it.

The worse thing Pullis has ever seen ? He should have looked out of the window towards the car park after a game when he was at Stoke.
FFS talk about the string em high brigade.
No footballer has never lost an eye. It was a coin, not a hand grenade.
Not condoning it. I would sooner keep the coin in my pocket then throw it at a millionaire.
I still say if WBA had of won 3-1 Brunt would have been grinning like a Cheshire Cat at the end milking the praise. He wouldn't have even noticed a coin being thrown at him.
FFS you lot better not visit the KC when FC are playing if this upsets you so much because throwing bottles on the pitch during play is almost compulsory. No-one bats an eye lid when it happens there, and no-one's ever lost an eye either.
To finish. You could all throw coins at me all day long if I were on £30k a week with a 2/3 year maybe longer cast iron contract.

You can be assured that no ****er would bother with throwing a coin at you.

You're doing this to be 'controversial', aren't you? Surely?

Could we sharpen the edges?

I think he would notice a coin being thrown at him when it nearly blinds him, what a stupid thing to say. I bet you egg chasers chuck bottles of piss onto the pitch thats why it smells bad at the KC sometimes, probably drink tea out of jam jars and washing machine percolators too when you get home

Chelsea have just condemned today's coin throwers, they're checking CCTV and once they've found them they'll be banned for life.

I've been going to football matches for a very long time and I can assure you that I've had plenty of coins and whole lot more besides thrown at me.
Perhaps I should sit in the posh seats ( or at home) like you lot ?
