I disagree with the commentators. Dickie ****ed up. He's decided to take it away from the goalkeepers hands and hasn't booted it clear. Even if the player has pushed Dickie a little, Dickie has put the situation in the hands of the ref to either see a push or not see a push. Not good enough.

“If” it was not a foul in Dickie, then yes, Dickie got caught dithering in his penalty area.

I thought it was a foul but will look at the replay more critically.
