RESULT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was a good old fashioned football game with plenty of passion. Despite Nyom taking on the role of the bad guy, all the Watford players gave him a hug at the end of the game.

Not over until the fat lady sings - but she is certainly getting those vocal chords of hers ready! :)

A win v either Hull or Swansea would do.

Defense is going to be a bit thin with Prödl, Kaboul injured and Britos out mind....

How many games off does Britos get for that? I suppose Cathcart & Mapps in the middle with the young lad Mason & Holebas either side of them will do until Britos' suspension is over. Or Zuniga, or even Djedje...

It is fun to see what the opposition fans think after a game.

Sending off: Soft. Harsh.

Watford deserved to win.

Nyom let the ocassion get to him.

We could do with Deeney.

I wouldn't want to be a ref at this level, but some do. Tonight Tierney did little to enhance his reputation in my honest opinion in a game that was robust. Cannot think of a better word. Some of the obvious things were missed, and the less obvious punished. In the end what he did or didn't do were of no great concern, but as a ref you can have your every decision looked at as much a player can when he has an off day.

Excellent win - attacked with pace in the first half summed up by a cracking strike by Niang.

Naturally had to dig in hard with 10 men but did that well - Mariappa was very solid after coming on.

All in all a decent 90 minutes - one of the best this season.
