I received 5 complaints about that comment alone, which the moderators will know is quite a lot for one comment. We all felt you knew what you were doing, with so called childish wumming that you claim I have done.

OK, don't bring back the death penalty for that reason alone. I forgot about that one, but I barely have to moderate. I gave reasons for why it was removed I'm sure, but since it is a sensitive area for NUFC fans and has always been a sly dig from the Sunderland fans, it was unnecessary I felt for you to say it when we were trying to be nice about him. <ok>

Ah - okay if it is a 'sensitive area' it is off limits? Try to remember that view when you decide to come on to this board and mouth off then.
 
MDITWP - Your comment about the treatment Sir Bobby Robson received at the hands (and mouths) of tens of thousands of NUFC fans was spot on. I remember the sheer vitriol directed at him by those who profess to support NUFC, and nobody, but nobody can tell me that THAT is not a fact.

I would though, ask you just to put this tat for tat thread away for now please. <ok>

When so many Sunderland fans have abused us over the Robson sacking its what pops straight into the mind. My point about the 5 complaints was that I wasn't the only one who thought that by the way. I mouthed off with Roger and as I have said, we both went OTT, but every other time I come here, I never throw abuse around for fun, I discuss football most of the time without abuse. not606 is a free board, just because you don't come on our board very often, doesn't mean I can't come here, if it is that much of a problem then just ban me.

Can this be the end?

Enough's enough, and i'm closing the thread, it's going round in circles and getting nowhere as some are determined to keep it alive.
