Time will tell Simon. Don''t get me wrong, I'm not defending him. We have a fait acomplis. We just have to get used to it. Not going to be easy, but let's see the reaction if/when he scores the winner in a big game.
We might have to get used to it, doesn't mean we have to like it and it doesn't mean we're not allowed to say so.
Just a thought, but could Diouf be the player that makes McCormack leave....? Ken wants the cash, signing Diouf could be the straw that makes McCormack leave (for a fee). Or maybe... If McCormack signs his contract, them Diouf will become surplus and released (on non-contract terms after all).
Can someone with a lot of patience please advise this twit how to use his computer? And he really does remind me of so many of those idiots on ja606. He has a personality issue, instead of being interested in debating issues. Knock, knock, chippie - this is a debating forum. It is used for debating things. If you can't get over losing the occasional argument, I suggest you go see your quack, cos it's getting real boring having to read your anti-elmo stuff on everything you write Lord knows what it's like for everything else having to read your (computer-garbled) crap.
The worst of it is that I live in the same town as you. I am sure the "grunts" at Pennypot would like tu have a word about some of your views.
They're not grunts; they are training. God, it's so hard to get an intelligent debate on here nowadays You live in Harrogate? The place really has gone to the dogs. They'll let anyone in nowadays, such a shame

With Bates, Warnock and Diouf its fair to say there is going to be big problems further down the line and I reckon at least 2 of them will end up leaving Leeds
He doesn't have to handle him, no contract has been given it is a pay as you play basis so one screw up and NW can say bye bye
I made a similar point above Ristac. So time will tell what happens next. OP, I so hope you're wrong. If the arrival of Diouf results in McCormack walking, it wouldn't even matter if he scored a hatrick against u no hoo, we still wouldn't forgive him. Having said that, did someone write yesterday that there might be a positve light at the end of the Ross contract saga tunnel? Hope so.
Me thinks a little bit of hypocracy here ... I do not condone any of Diouf's previous actions and believe that his behaviour has been odious. However, in my opinion and not that long ago, we had our own odious little racist thug ... one Lee Bowyer, another who displayed odious tendencies and who even had an alleged history of racist behaviour before he was signed by the club. Throughout his trial for racist violence, he continued to be selected to play for the club, revered throughout his trial by the very same fans who call for Diouf to be turned away ... and certain quarters even demanded his return not that long ago, but lucckily he chose to go to Ipswich. Time to leave the decision on Diouf to the manager ... it's his call and if he believes he can manage the guy, good luck to him.
Exactly. Honestly can't believe Warnock has risked splitting the fans and the dressing room for such an average player.
People need to stop being so offended. I'm sure that Warnock would have much preferred to be lining up with Snodgrass in his team instead of Diouf, but that hasn't been possible. We haven't got the money at the moment, for whatever reason, to sign who he wants to sign. So we're desperate, because the season starts in one week and we have a squad that has some good but very unspectacular players, and Diouf can provide a bit of creativity or spark that can win us games. I'd prefer us to have someone different, but he's a short term option at least. We need a player that can create chances. If Diouf plays well, then he can win us games. If he doesn't, then we can release him whenever we want at no charge. It's worth the risk.
