Where is this interview? I tried that link, and checked at 12:34 mins but couldn't find it... What am I doing wrong?
Well, all I can say after listening to that is thank God that at least we've still got Warnock at the helm. Other than that I'll keep my thoughts to myself for fear of being shot down for being too negative..
We are just a small fish in a BIG pond, seems we are way out of our depth....a bit like Blackpool last season. (although we have a better squad than them). Warnock wouldnt walk, he wants one last crack at the Prem, before he retires next season.
How long will I keep my thoughts to myself, or how long will Warnock be at the helm? I can answer the first question; about 5 minutes. Afraid that I can't answer the second question though. Although I can pray...
Well every time I hear him say 'Flavio's in charge'. I think oooh this isn't going to end well! please log in to view this image
This may seem odd, but hopefully Warnock gets off to an awful start to the campaign and gets the sack from the clowns in the Boardroom.(Along with a nice payoff I might add!) He deserves far better after the miracles he has worked in transforming our failing team on a shoe string budget, and then expected to survive in the prem by brining in free's!! We must be the only team to have gone up to the prem and spent a mere £1.25 mill (If we get DJ) and try to stay up. Surely Bothroyd must have been told we were looking to bring in a few decent players, so hopefully all the talk off having no cash is just talk, so clubs dont expect us to pay over the odds for having billionaire owners. Based on what ive seen, I reckon I know how Bernie became a millionaire - Hes gotta be knocking on the door to being 170 odd now right, and going by his sheer lack of spending whilst being at the helm, imagine what 170 years worth of untouched savings looks like! In Warnock I trust, but in Flav and Briatore I detest!
If we have £9m net after a potential adel transfer, should just about cover Lazio's Foggia transfer. £0.5m for Lazio and the other £8.5m for his agent, who I wonder may be a mate of Paldini ? Is it just me, or does anyone else feel a bit of deja vous which will see us have a repeat invitation to meet the FA and their solicitors by end of the season
Totally agree with your point Frankster (although not the bit in brackets). Ollie worked absolute miracles to bring their campaign to the last day. Similar miracles will have to be performed by our COLIN but miracles only happen once in a while. QPR, Premiership 2011/2012 R.I.P. Just as a matter of interest, does anyone know how much Warnock had to spend with Sheff U when, just like Blackpool, he managed to bring the fight to the last day?
