Jordashe's had their shed buried down there mate..

Typical scousers, never happy and bury anything..

I wouldn't care Tel, it was a cool shed, mid oak creosote too.....aaaaargh getting hard here..<laugh> ;)

I never knew that mate thanks for finally clearing it up. I knew there was a lot of fuss about it, it made the front pages of most papers, it makes perfect sense now <ok>

It's a wonder why there are no prime time slots for Whiney scousers nowadays, it's a lovely accent.

The accent always melts me, especially after the talker has downed a few beers and 40 ***s..

Just the way it is now mate, people don't appreciate etiquette anymore..<ok>

They're a dying breed mate, I think I might have "Soothing short stories and poems by Are Sinbad" on double cassette if you have a Walkman, I'll happily loan it to you if you'd like a copy?

I love war films and fancy watching one tonight to cheer myself up abit.

Can anybody recommed a really good one please. Ive seen Saving private ryan before anybody suggests it.

Saw Inglourious Bastards recently. It was alright. Never going to be a classic. I like Vietnam films like Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now and Dear Hunter.

Also, if you want to a differant type of war film, I like Holocaust films so recommend The Pianist and Schindler's List

Have you seen the boy in the striped pj's?

A lot of people raved about that, but I didn't really enjoy it like.

Ive chose Enemy at the gates. Thanks for your suggestions chaps. Ill make sure ill watch them all if i havent already.

No-one mentioned Platoon yet? An obvious choice. If you haven't seen that then watch it now.

Born on the 4th July is decent but probably the most depressing film I've seen.

Dirty Dozen is worth a watch and I love anything by David Lean which puts Bridge on the River Kwai and Lawrence of Arabia in the frame but they aren't casual watches.

Different type of film, I love Life is Beautiful but it's Italian subtitled.

Ill have to try Platoon. I should be watching comedies really. Depressing is the last thing i need.

Never understood why no one's adapted bravo two zero into a proper film. That would be absolutely class.

Given Sunderland's proud shipbuilding heritage - not a single Naval Movie?

Das Boot, The Sinking of the Bizmark, The Hunt for Red October, and my personal favorite which was partially filmed aboard my boat- Top Gun.
