Well back to the Rugby, big ask today given our injuries, will we capture the moment? I'd like to think so, hope the tactical surprise Gatland has up his sleeve are implemented well by our boys today, would love us to get one over the springbok..... <ok>

We can win this game, but we must stop giving penalties away.

First half we gave way too many stupid penalties and made sloppy mistakes. Second half they battered us and we just couldn't hold out. I feel injuries cost us a semi place in the end but SA the better team on the day.

Well I think we can safely say NZ are frightening, they are brutal in the tackle. Hell the last try they scored the two French lads bounced off the NZ winger.

    I see a NZ v Australia final.

Heroic as our (constantly) narrow defeats are to the Southern Hemisphere teams, we are just not good enough I'm afraid, bottom line. Yes, we should have beaten AUS but how many times do we say that?

Every member of the NZ squad can pass and offload like a champ and that's the glaring difference in basic handling skills, and in creativity ultimately. They were absolutely phenomenal and a joy to watch. I'd bet their tea lady can also offload just as well too!

What a performance by the Pumas. It will be a cracking game next week between them and the Aussies to face NZ in the final.

As for the NZ game, McCaw and Carter just get better with age. Will be a sad day when they hang up their international boots.

Wales are better than where they finished and if we had a full team right from the start we would have made the final fairly convincingly, We were never out of any game and put in a good performance with 2nd 3rd choice players but you wont keep up that without making mistakes and giving away stupid penalties. Before we had any injuries we had a very strong squad who were good enough to do very well but with 16 players getting injured and some of them would not be able to play it totally messed up our team and weakened our chances but we still did well. NZ were always the team anyone had to beat and that is because rugby is NZ national sport with no other sport coming close........Everyone is beatable and it's a shame we never got the chance of playing them in the final as we would run them close with a full squad.........well played Argentina you out played the Irish today and i never expected that.....
