Very good performances across the park, apart from regularly giving the ball away. Brooks can give Lawrence lessons in running with the ball with his head up.

Excellent defending late on. Ashley Williams had his best game for Wales in a very long time.

In saying all that ROI were very poor. Nevertheless the future looks very good for us. Amazing number of quality youngsters coming through. <ok>

Was thinking about this the other day, and they are all very talented, and technically gifted, which we have been short of over the years, hope it continues, it also looks like our Academy is starting to produce at last!.............<ok>

Two poor sides....Garden village would have beaten ROI by more goals. I have never seen them so poor....

Not after last weeks performance they wouldn't have, watched Wales against ROI and to be fair they played well, but my description of them is they are a very nice side, keep the ball well, technically very good, but to nice I fear. I wonder how they will cope if pressed by better stronger more phusical sides. But the future does look good if they all progress and actually play first team football. these kids need to play, not earn lots of money whilst watching from the stands.

Do you think there are many more physical sides than the Republic though ?

Yes, I do, ROI weren't physical, just tried to foul, getting physical in the right areas, pressing higher with that physicality, they allowed us to have the ball. ROI were just a poor poor side who tried to kick.
