I think we notoriously look a bit flat and slow following our camps during the season.
Because of how well we did during the season after similar jaunts.
I see. I suppose it's inevitable though we're bound to go out to Spain well in advance of the game.
I just want to put this one out there.... there's 3 weeks to go to final so I don't really want to say it endlessly.
a) the team that settles best will prob win
b) the team who runs most will win imo. the game will be won and lost in midfield area and in this season we have done better than spurs there.
c) neither side will give up to final whistle.
I believe we should win this. we ought to. but a 3 week gap gives spurs a lot of time to recharge the batteries that they wouldn't normally have so it could be crucial for them... i felt they were leggy and lacked options to rest anyone so... we will see in 3 weeks time.

Ok, game will be won by the team that has the most shots on target that the keeper can’t save. I think if we have more of those shots than spurs, we should win

Nah that’s just how people try and look smart and over complicate things. Why right 7 pages when 1 will do... wait that sounds familiar? Who does that on here
Both teams will need to arrange a couple of reasonably competitive games in the meantime. Hanging around for three weeks "recharging" won't be any use.
