his dodgy running motion that Fergie didn't want to sign him for? Probably.

It's a shame really, although you don't think much of him jimmy i thought he was a fantastic box to box carrier. Not technically brilliant and doesn't read the game as well as a kante but i thought he was up there in terms of his energy and being a solid player (far better than the likes of your milners, savages and cans).

Yep - take away his ability to run and there's not much left.

Decent squad player.

My goodness, am I so happy that the international break is over and that we are back to league football? The constant gossiping about players movements and transfers and about stadiums ( <yikes> ) was doing my head in.

The set-backs have forced Koeman into a reshuffle - but what are his options?

3-5-2/5-3-2
Possible XI: Robles, Holgate, Williams, Jagielka, Baines, Gueye, Schneiderlin, Barry, Davies, Barkley, Lukaku.

A tried and, largely, trusted formation throughout Koeman’s managerial career is to play three centre-halves, employ wing-backs and pack the midfield in an attempt to be difficult to play against.

Moshiri never promised to pay for the stadium and has invested in the squad, and will invest further this summer. The fact that he's not lifted the net spend trophy doesn't matter a jot, as we humped City for £50m for a player you reckon is ****e, I'd call that great business and I'm sure you would ;)

Yes we only robbed them about £20m for Sterling, you robbed them for about £35m on Stones

Moshiri promised £100m in the first window, two windows later he's put in about £20m

Who cares, he loses one [HASHTAG]#nomark[/HASHTAG] so he puts in another

We've lost [HASHTAG]#legit[/HASHTAG] talent, so Everton's best chance to win a derby this millennium, but we'll still smash them™

Schneiderlin is injured mate

We've spent £77m on players in the year since he arrived. The fact that we've recouped a good chunk of that is just good business

You'd have to be a complete balloon to be disappointed with not winning the net spend trophy

Man i'm biting today but since the turn of the year [HASHTAG]#nomark[/HASHTAG] coleman has contributed to more clean sheets (defensive stats) and 1 goal and 4 assists to everton.

Whilst the incredible nivea loving [HASHTAG]#legit[/HASHTAG] talent lallana has a massive 0 assists and 0 goals. [HASHTAG]#worldclasscontribution[/HASHTAG]

The only world class thing lallana has done is fool liverpool into giving him a new contract with his cruyff turns and blowing my gambling money up the wall by missing an absolute sitter against city

I didn't mean Coleman, who has indeed played well since Everton fans stopped booing him, I meant their midfield which they hoof the ball over anyway

[HASHTAG]#bite[/HASHTAG] BTW

Yeah mate, you wanted a billionaire to buy your club just so he could invest less in the squad than Kenwright did the previous 2 seasons, and nothing in the stadium

LFC don't need "wuuuurldies" we have a german machine of precision and elegance. the team is greater than the sum of its parts... (unless playing away or v bottom half teams..... or before klopp's lunch)

Only the most we'd ever previously spent in 1 season was £38m

Or for the hard of thinking, half of what we've spent in this one

Only because you'd never sold someone for as much as Stones before

[HASHTAG]#reality[/HASHTAG] is your net spend was higher under Kenwright than Moshiri

But I'm sure you'd be happy next window only spending £40m after selling Lukaku for £60m?

Moshiri has really got you twisted trying to defend him, somehow net spend is worse than gross spend and 0% interest is worse than 3% interest <laugh>

So fellow armchair fans that aren't going to match...what's your plans? Pub? I've got my full fry ingredients in, case of piss water and dog will be walked before.

Then......
