    Yes he has.

The likelyhood is this game will be a kucking contest so we will see. No lallana to even try pass it means we will end up contributing to it now

I just hope we bring Coutinho in that role instead of pushing Gini or Can there.

Who is supposed to be covering player for Lallana in case of injury?. Perhaps Klopp have an idea?.

We've tried a Can/Hendo combo and it didn't work. For me it hs to be Couthino with Origi promoted to the front line.....only problem is that he will only last 70 minutes so what after that!?

TAA plays further forward a lot he could come in and do a job. I don't think we should mess with the formation much but the sensible move to start with at least is Coutinho deeper and Origi up top.

Philippe Coutinho hits fine goal in Brazil victory
    Chris Shaw @shawct
Philippe Coutinho was on target for Brazil as they eased to a 3-0 victory against Paraguay in World Cup qualifying on Tuesday night.
The Liverpool attacker opened the scoring in the first half with a fine goal, completing a one-two and spinning a left-footed strike into the bottom corner.
Further efforts from Neymar and Marcelo secured the result for Brazil, who consolidated their nine-point lead at the summit of the South American standings.
Coutinho was withdrawn three minutes from full-time, while Reds teammate Roberto Firmino - also a starter in Sao Paulo - came off at the same time.
The two will now return to Merseyside ahead of Liverpool's Premier League clash with Everton at Anfield this Saturday.

Schneiderlin is 50/50 so he might not have a choice tbf.

Barry is still really useful when the opposition drop off and allow us to control possession, but you're right, when we're pressed back he's not got the legs to cover effectively and gives away free kicks for fun.

god knows what Klopp will do though assume the physical staatus of the returning players will determine some of the decisions.
Assuming everyone not injured fit to play
    Migs
    Clyne Matip Lovren Milner
    Hendo Can Wini
    Mane Firm Couts

but have serious doubts about that line up with returns from injury/fatigue but difficult to see many alternatives except Origi / Klavan and late on when desperate Moreno

might even have Moreno starting at LB & Milner in midfield though i think Milner has looked shot recently - we need to remember he isn't used to playing week in week out in recent years

If he plays that headless chicken at LB and Klavan alongside him at CB, then Ronald will have some extra Mayo on his chips to celebrate :)

    simple thoughts

    1. Reasons why everton are bound to win

    • Klavan can't defend
    • coutinho and firmino are tired
    • milner cant defend
    • can can't run
    • lukaku is brilliant :bandit:
    • Everton are playing for pride mostly
    • Lallana is not fit
    2. Reasons why Liverpool will win

    • Liverpool have had players in camp for two weeks to really work on things. Milner, lovren, matip, henderson
    • Liverpool have mane who is brilliant
    • Liverpool are playing at home
    • Liverpool have a style of play which suits the game perfectly.
    • Liverpool have something to play for. top 4 prize
    • Liverpool have all but one player not fit. (lallana)
    • This is a BIG game. LFc always play well in big games

Most all of the reasons i see about Everton winning are negatives in LFC fans minds about our own players. None of them are actually really true as every one ignotes the 9 good things those players do and focus on the one bad thing.

In the end everton fans would disagree on how many things are in their own favour but i can only write from lfc perspectve.

IMO LFc have a lot more going for us than are against us

We've only lost 1 league game in the 12 since the last derby (3-2 away at Spuds)

The loss of Coleman is a huge blow, and we've now lost Funes Mori who was stretchered off for Argentina last night <doh>

Lallana makes you tick and so his loss is huge imo, but it's Mane I see as being your key man, plus Coutinho carries a goal threat if allowed space around the box.

The key for us is having the composure to play through your high press, and not simply hitting the channels, we need to mix it up and use both methods of getting at your back line.

With Mori out, we'll be vulnerable in the air, so set pieces could be our undoing here.

I think Koeman could well opt for a back 3 given the injuries, with the possibility of young Kenny getting his chance at RWB.

Overall if Schneiderlin is fit then I think we've got a decent chance, if it's Barry in that role, I think we'll end up getting rolled over.
