If you can't identify him try feigning a heart attack and call out for a doctor, he's worked on the phones in a hospital I think so he's practically a doctor in his own mind, coupled with attention/hero opportunity he should come to your aid, then strike.

Has he been banned yet? Surely that's a good enough reason to perma-ban him and his IP?
 
Ban him here, then someone beat him up in Liverpool tomorrow. If you can point him out then I can leave him close to dead.
