Some songs you just take a dislike to and I'm afraid that and "where do you go to my lovely" are two of them

Are you referring to LITSWD? Surely not <yikes> Which leads me on to something I was going to ask on here anyway...

What do the Beatles fans make of the 50th Anniversary remixes? I can honestly say I didn't find much difference with the white album (especially) and Abbey Road. But Sgt Peppers was a revelation. If any album was to benefit, it was that one - drums, bass, clarity, hearing stuff I've never heard before. Just amazing.

Fraid so regarding LITSWD ,when i was a kid it was either the edgy Stones or futuristic Beatles, for me the Beatles but I didn't like all of their work , Long and Winding road is one of my favourites perhaps it had something to do with that period in time and my memories but what a song

I don't think there is a Beatles song I don't like with the exception on "number 9" from the white album. I have no memories of that time though

I also love The Stones but The Beatles always have and always will be my number one favourite - by a mile. The Stones answer to Sgt Peppers was "Their Satanic Majesties Request". A bloody awful album apart from this one absolute gem...
