    THEYRE NOT SINGINGING ANY MORE
have a good trip back down the M1 to London or the A47 to Barwell
It was good that due to the sellout of season tickets there was no cheering of Manyoos goals in SK3

I said at the game that the first was never a peon and I haven't changed my mind since

But this bullshit (not from the Man U fans on here) that that decision changed the game is absurd. 1 bad decision doesn't lead to a complete collapse and result in a 4 goal swing. Man U looked a real threat to the top 4 for the first hour but then they looked like they will be fighting relegation for the last half an hour.

A lot of credit has to go to us for that. And the nonsense that Vardy pushed Blackett, its a mans game and it was a slight nudge, inexperience cost Blackett there pure and simple. You think if Van Persie did that to Wes Morgan he would have got the same result. We found Man U's weakness and exposed it

It changed the game but not to the extent it excused our collapse. What it did do was give you the momentum and got you guys (the fans) bouncing. The cameras were bouncing too <laugh>.

The best thing about this result for you guys has to be that you didnt just beat united, you beat a united side who played very well. Playing brilliantly yourselves.

In my opinion that was never a penalty, but as it was against Man Utd we should all let it pass.

What goes around comes around (sorry UnitedinRed).

Clearly Van Gaal's homework didn't extend to Jamie Vardy. 2 penalties won, 2 assists and a goal. Tyler Blackett will be having nightmares for weeks to come. We may have got a bit of fortune, but Rafael did commit the cardinal sin of not playing to the whistle. Plus, how does that excuse the 3 goals they conceded after that penalty? I've never felt so good to be a Leicester fan, wish I was 14 again to give some stick to the Manchester United fans who laughed at me at school for supporting Leicester. Cambiasso showed such fight. I was worried that he wouldn't care much about playing for Leicester but the way he celebrated was great, and every pass he made went straight to a Leicester player.

Bet Jamie Vardy never imagined he'd be given the MOTM award against Man Utd by his teammate Esteban Cambiasso 4 years ago when he was playing for Halifax FC!

(Sorry United-in-Red, that's not to take the piss out of a very gracious guest on these boards!)

Fair enough. Im not looking for any sympathy. Its strange. Im disappointed of course but not at all worried about the season. Fossil pointed out on our board that youve equalled or bettered everyone youve played so it was never a given. Plenty of positives for us in the game. The negatives are not as bad as conceding 5 makes them look. Van gaals got work to do but we had an 18 year old at cb today alongside a player jusr back from injury comjng in for another player... Just injured <laugh>.

Our rivals are all within reach.

Can't disagree ...but we were due a break ... you should have seen what Gareth (foul every 5 minutes) Barry got away with against us in the opener ... case of starstruck ref syndrome ...

I said the decision for the foul of vardy on the lead up to the penalty was a key point in the change of momentum. If that had gone against us, we probably still win but it's tougher.
The first penalty was a penalty as he tangled with him from behind.
btw I think the biggest key point was cambiasso's goal - from then on in there was only going to be one winner
and agree is was the slightest of nudges for the second penalty - never given as a foul in a hundred years

Our stands do rock backwards and forwards when the place gets going. It's a weird sensation at first but one you get used to

Rather worrying is the fact that we can't hold concerts at the stadium as they think constant rocking will make the stands crumble.

It will cost us 400K to reinforce the structure of the stadium which is something the club is looking into along with extending the stadium to 45000

Maybe you should have spent more on defenders instead of forwards.

Well done today lads, that was a top result. I was supposed to have gone, but I got called back to work early, shame. Reminds me of us in our first season in the top flight. Just hope your season ends better than that ill-fated second half of the season....

What I found strange was 3-3,4-3 and 5-3. Man U looked beaten and showed no interest in scoring again. They declared at 3-1 that they had won and just went through the motions but we wasn't having any of it

In he long term we might have done them a massive favour as we found out at Watford. Sometimes you have to hit the lows to get success

People can agree or disagree about the second goal....personally i think Vardy did foul Rafael but the ref didn't give it, Rafael then made a challenge that asked the ref to make another decision and that went against him aswell. Man Utd were still winning at this stage, it wasn't the ref that made them capitulate, i didn't see the name Clattenburg on the scoresheet so i assume he didn't score any of the next 3 goals either.

The Man UTD fans here have been gracious but on social media and on national phone ins thay have been whinging like babies about how everyone hates them and the ref was shocking........get over it lads, you were beaten by a TEAM...... a team with heart and passion and a will to fight for each other and the fans.
Man Utd are not a team, they have some great players but that will only get them so far.

Very proud to be a city fan, who thought we would get 8 points from those first five fixtures?
