I thought he was signed before Mackie's injury, it seemed to take months for it to be completed,
He came with a great reputation but looks distinctly average in the little time he has played.
He's not had a chance yet, I've hardly seen him!
He's an international so must have something about him.
The Tofas one is stanger with Dave Mc tweeting he wasn't signed to play! WTF?
I've probably seen Vaagan Moen more than most as I went to Blackburn where he played the full 90 and was inches from becoming a hero as he struck a 40 yard free kick against the bar. He played really well and was probably our best player on the day and had it gone in Im sure he would have played a lot more.
He's got a great left foot and with it is an excellent set piece taker.
I'm sure NW would have signed him as a potential prem player and I still have faith in him.
Also his name fits perfectly with the yellow submarine song
Moen's clearly a decent player but pretty similar to what we already have and still adapting to the English game so hasn't had too many chances. I think he's worth keeping as he seems to have something about him.
Hes very light weight alot was said about his dead bull skills but he couldnt cross for biscuits when i saw him against preston. Im Sure if he bulks up abit he might do well... he signed in oct/nov but wasent allowed to play until Jan but trained with the club.
Tofas i believe was injured when we signed him and i believe he was signed 'for the future' still id take either of them over the Pellican
