"I have concepts of a plan— I'm not president right now— but if we come up with something— I would only change it if we come up with something that's better and less expensive and there are concepts and options— we have to do that— and you'll be hearing about it in the not-too-distant future."

Do people not remember Guliani? The four seasons press conference gaff? Jan 6th? Grab her by the pussy? leaking CIA intelligence and loads of assets mysteriously vanishing? his son in law getting a billion from the saudis? saluting a north korean general? He struggled to get into a truck the other day? lobbing kitchen roll into a sea of people that lost their homes? being Epstiens bezzie mate and claiming "he likes them young"?

**** me, one of them is proven to be a complete senile, selfish, cheating, lying, ****. The other is a bit of a soft, lefty, female, politician... it's not a hard choice

j6? good grief, you have swallowed the ds narrative. que sera. you'll see, one day.

Mental that it's even remotely close. Really can't wrap my head around it

I think you could say Trump’s Madison Square Garden event was the beginning of the political equivalent of “and you ****ed it up two nil”

I am quietly confident Trump will be defeated. Predictably, as he’s got form, I expect him to declare the election stolen, bitch and moan for an extended period before he and his entourage move to sympathetic foreign shores. No Ellewood type drama if I am wrong; I don’t take myself too seriously.

Personally, though would love nothing better than to see the smug grin wiped off the face of Ted Cruz. Everyone hates Ted Cruz!

Don't get me wrong I don't like the guy and think he's awful. But from a growth and financial POV he'll be much better, his policies and America first stance will improve their markets, bring down unemployment, bring down the price of things, I think he'll stabilise the Russia/Ukraine war and also the middle east ( only because those places know he's stupid enough to do things if they don't fall in line ). They have a border issue like we do and he'll deal with that more effectively ( some won't agree with how he does it but he will ) then Harris would. Plus as much as we don't like to admit it, what happens over their and then in turn in their markets massively effects us and the world as a whole and I think the world markets will react more positively to him over Harris.

As a person he's obviously extremely questionable at best. But for the reasons above I personally think he'd be the better choice for president for them and ultimately us.
He doesn't scare Russia or Iran in the slightest. He's a complete coward. He will withdraw all support for Ukraine on day one and force them to surrender half their country. Trump would allow Putin to rebuild and get stronger. He'll also remove all sanctions on them just to get a few pennies off the gas price.

His economic policies are a joke but none of that matters as his one focus for the entire presidency will be settling score and making himself immune going forwards.

The idea anyone thinks he's a flawed genius tough guy is ****ing horrific.

It's a freak show, plain and simple. Which is bonkers considering it's the most powerful country in the world.

I have family in the US, they are Democrats voters. They reckon trump will sneak over the line.

We may expect the takeover of big Tech, abolition of abortion rights, more lies, the continued blurring of truth, dictatorship, the encouragement of other dictators, destruction of worker"s rights, isolation of the US, installation of a ruling class, and on the flip side the mad head may instigate a civil war if he doesn't get in.

Ask yourself if you had created a multi-million pound business from scratch and had to put someone else in charge of it, would you chose Trump or Harris to run it?

Harris isn't a leader, she can't seem to communicate or articulate a message, and doesn't seem to have any qualities that are required to run USA. For example, in a recent interview with CNN she was asked what she would have done differently to President Biden during the last 4 years and she replied, “There is not a thing that comes to mind”. Sorry, that's piss poor considering she's running as a 'change' candidate and shows her to be an empty vessel.

Hook, line and sinker.

Have people seen what’s happening to USA at the moment? And they think Biden/Harris have done a good job?
Inflation falling, crime falling, stock market soaring, jobs increasing. What a hellscape.

Ooh, I don't know. Maybe I'd think twice about someone who inherited a multi-billion pound business and ran it into multiple bankruptcies and a lot less money. That's just me though.

Stick market is doing well, but stocks performed better under Trump, though both presidencies coincided with stronger-than-average gains—the S&P 500 index has posted an annualized return of 12.6% since Biden and Harris took office in 2021, compared to 16.3% under Trump

If you can't understand why Trump is still in with a chance of winning, read X's posts. There are a considerable number of Americans who are just as deluded and get their information and news from the same insane sources.

me and 51+% of the u.s. electorate.

I saw somewhere trump described as a 13 year old bully
Quite fitting
He’s quite funny
A few hours ago he said this
Trump has returned to the theme of plants and Mexico, telling a convoluted story about a businessman friend and China’s intention to build a plant in Mexico which was going “to destroy Michigan”.

He says that his threats to “put a 100% tariff on every single car coming out of that plant” had led to a decision not to build the purported plant.

“I saved Detroit and Michigan a lot and I did that without even being president,” he claims.

It’s not clear what plant he’s referring to. Newsweek has previously reported after similar remarks he made at the end of last month that his campaign could not confirm what plant it was but that it appeared to be one planned by auto manufacturer BYD and that there was no evidence the claim was true.

No they haven't done a good job. The political system in the US is seriously flawed and only having a choice of 2 parties doesn't help as you end up with whack jobs from both extremes sitting in the mainstream parties.

But Trump would do a much worse job and did last time around.
