Mate, there were Republicans last week who refused to verify the vote in their own state and wanted to invalidadte their own elections that put them there. But Antifa, eh? Oh, I forgot to say that Virginia bint on C4 also threw that in - she was at the march and didn't see any violence, but she saw Antifa and BLM there.

This is why I say **** 'em and let loose the full weight of the law on them. You can't pacify minds like that, both in and outside The House and senate. Just let them see the consequences of sedition and - which seems to have been forgotten in all this - Trump's phone calls in which he flagrantly attempted to falsify the results in swing states. That in itself is sedition, as is the attempt to give aid and succour to him for doing so, which is what the likes of Cruz did.

Now the Dems control the Senate they’ll be able to vote to allow witnesses this time around. Also if the trial is after the 20th - which it surely will be - they’ll be able to call Trump to appear and he can’t refuse.

And they can release the 'Bombshell' evidence the FBI say they have on what Trump has been doing - and trying to do - with the military up to and including the failed coup last week.

Would fckin' love to see that happen. He'll turn it into a shouting match no doubt like that first presidential debate but worth a go.

I doubt he'll have the class or gravitas of Saddam at his trial though.
