On Jan. 1, she advised followers she would be in Washington, D.C., for the demonstration with a post that said, "God bless America and WWG1WGA." The initials, a slogan for the QAnon conspiracy network, stand for “Where we go one, we go all.”
On Tuesday, Babbitt posted a declaration: "Nothing will stop us....they can try and try and try but the storm is here and it is descending upon DC in less than 24 hours....dark to light!"
That message was in response to a post from another Twitter user who pictured a colonial flag overlaid with "1776 Again" above the words, "Trump is still our president."
She might have just had some muffins and a flask in that back pack though.

I wouldn't have known what most of those symbols would have meant if you hadn't posted that article. I could see how many of the things highlighted in that article could lead an innocent unsuspecting individual down a wrong path. Suppose in a way, it's like the use of the St George Flag, to an outsider knowing when it's being used legitamately and when it could be used to suck you into extremist views. I suppose it's down to governments and media to ensure people understand the different meanings.
Speaking of flags there's a photo online of some bright spark flying a flag of Georgia outside the Capitol. Only it's the country of Georgia's flag and not the state's.
Quite disturbing, I really struggle to understand how people like Diego, try to justify the occupation of the Capitol building as if it was a tourist day trip. I think anyone 'innocently' mixed up in it's occupation, should have just considered one question 'should I be here' it really isn't that difficult. People clambering over walls, people entering from broken windows, people chasing a cop up a stairway and ignoring his instructions, people surging a thin blue line, people spraying unknown substances, people in helmets, people in protective body wear, people with cable ties. All innocent of course, all because they didn't have black faces.
I posted a twitter thread the other day, from a guy who’s studied the various Trumper forums since 2015, and he predicted exactly what was going to happen on the 6th a week before Christmas and explained why, with screen shots of the forums that were openly planning it.
He was interviewed the other day, a fascinating read that explains the mix of people there and why they went.

Saved it along with the other symbol/flag one you put up earlier, to read again later. I can see why 'some' people easily get lured into these extreme mindsets, while the rest know exactly why they are there.
They weren't subtle about it. It was blatant.
Fairly large platforms like Reddit had their Trump sections proudly declaring it, let alone their less visible and dodgier bits.
