Actually mate, on Maslow's first two levels of the hierarchy of needs, even football doesn't 'affect' me, but as the rest is belonging, love and self-actualisation you could argue that absolutely nothing on this site affects me on one level, but absolutely everything does on another.
Luckily there are headings to each thread so that you make decisions as to your involvement in them.

Realistically, I'd probably get my Hungarian citizenship (I qualify just have never bothered) and move somewhere in the EU if I had to leave the US.
