they are failing.

They got a recount in Georgia, so I wouldn't say they've failed.

They've lost some early hearings based on some of their early evidence, and I think they were merely testing the waters on some points. I believe that the main evidence has yet to be presented.

The recount is **** all to do with his baseless fraud claims. It’s solely due to the margin of victory being close.

Saving the real big evidence for what? 2nd and 3rd appeals. Could have had this sorted right note with all the real evidence and had this won. What a waste of contributors money.

honestly, I am.....

I think you are right, Tobias.

The fraud stuff has yet to be properly and fully tested in the courts.

Only it has, and it’s been lobbed out, or they’ve withdrawn it.

They’ve provided no evidence that’s got a case past the most basic of examination.

Again, I think we need to let Trump's legal team exercise their right to gather, collate and present their evidence to the courts, and for it to be given a full, proper, and fair hearing.

What is needed, here, is some calm and a little bit of patience.

Not sure.

I think there are still cases pending regarding the bona fides of that vote, in any case.

what the tuck you melon head. The recount is due to the percentage margin of victory and 1/3rd if results in state so far show no variation of end result.

but they have the good stuff and we’re saving it for when the cases were thrown out.

have a nice evening.

If you listen, as I have, to Trump's legal team, they are talking very confidently about a lot of damning evidence that has flooded in over the past couple of weeks. One lady said that it was "overwhelming."

Clearly, all of that is going to take time to collate and made ready for the hearings that are going to come.

We need to be patient, Tobias.

Quite possibly.

However, I believe that there is likely to be evidence presented for vote rigging in that State, as well as the other swing States.
