I think that if he wants to investigate then go ahead. But if he was so worried about the ease and popularity of the democratic postal vote, why didn't he try and promote it with republicans? He shot himself in the foot.

And I think he did it as a calculated risk where he weighed up the chances of getting his postal vote up against being able to denounce it as fraud if he lost. He couldn't do both, he had to pick one and he chose the latter.

Wrongly imo. Imagine if he'd got the extra he needed en masse if he'd promoted postal voting.

I think he didn't promote it, because he didn't understand it. I think he probably still don't understand it, but it's gradually dawning on him.

Yeah I do understand all that. I suppose for me, it seems an unusual way for things to be done that way these days, via mail, even more alien to Americans, yet they had the confidence to turn out in their droves, yet were intimidated at booths, but not intimidated enough to vote by post.

You don’t have to go to specific post boxes to mail your ballot. To make an in person vote, you have a specific location. maybe that’s why trumps friend on the USPS removed so many post boxes, so each state had just one that armed supporters could surround and intimidate

Yeah, I do get all that, but I'm working on the principle more of human nature. We are talking about lazy Americans here and asking them to walk or drive to a post box.

I did a rough look how we do it in this Country, I think around 20% is mail ballot in the UK, give or take, dependent on location. Yet they had over 140 million americans vote, a very high percentage mail ballot votes for Joe. If I was Trump, I'd defo be going down that route of wanting to understand how all this is verified. I think it's a reasonable question to ask.
I don't think that we have the same issues with voting in person, though.
I've never waited to vote once. If I had to spend hours queueing up to do it, then I'd definitely be more interested in postal voting.

As for the difference between voting for the two candidates, Trump didn't just fail to promote postal votes, he said that they were wrong.
He discouraged his own base from using them, while encouraging those that didn't like him to do it.

I hear what you are saying, I'd still want to understand, how 70M+ Americans, managed to get off their arses to mail ballot, or whatever the figure was that did. Think about it, we are asking an American to fill out a form, seal it, then take it to a post box, Americans don't do anything, unless it's a drive thru <whistle>

I suppose I just look at myself from the last election, and you know how much I wanted Brexit, I was at a stage thinking, can i really be asked to do this. Ok, I did, but 70M Americans would have been asking themselves that very same question, even a bookie would struggle with those percentages.

They've been bombarded with this for four years, though.
It's dominated our news for a while, so imagine what theirs is like! <laugh>

Postal voting is easier. Why wouldn't more people do it?

There was no complaints back then because the Dems didn't use it enough to upset the will of the American people. They never expected Trump to get elected.

They have learned their lesson, and have spent the last four years planning the biggest coup in American history, since their Civil War. Create a fake pandemic so that the voters accept postal voting, then use a machine that was invented to rig votes in other countries by the CIA.

Have you woke up, yet? Can you smell the coffee?

Are you being serious...

What in the name of Hitler's saggy scrotum are you bleating on about?

Have you been asleep for the last four ****ing years?

Have you not seen how the Big Tech controlled media has mounted a ceaseless campaign of hate and harassment against Trump, and how the Democrat/Chinese corrupted FBI have tried to impeach Trump on bogus allegations of collusion with Russia - something that Biden is actually guilty of, and which the MSM has covered up?

Have you not seen the evidence for vote rigging by the Democrats?

Do you not have a single brain cell, among your two-digit total brain cells, that suggests to you, even at the remotest of possibilities, that had the war-mongering-Chinese-loving-Democrat-corruption-machine even a shred of evidence that Trump was engaged in vote rigging that they would not have mobilized absolutely every piece of corrupt machinery under their control - Big Tech, mainstream media, the FBI - to take Trump down?

Have a little think about it - if that is in within your abilities.

why are you so aggressive and abusive?

my local polling station is in a community centre. In my small village we have two polling stations.

70m didn’t just vote for Joe via mail in ballots, and I’m sure 70m didn’t just vote on day for trump. Would love to see the final vote breakdown methods for both options and parties.

Over 100m votes were cast before Election Day, but it was a combination of postal voting and early voting.

The claims are that even getting 70m votes he lost.

Comparing the voting methods of U.K. to US isn’t ideal. The number of voters and vast scale makes it different when people are saying he was cheated.

that the voting machines used in 2016 are easily fixed.....the ones Trump said people should use in person.

If Trump had a problem with the voting machines, then he should've changed them.
It's not the Democrats' fault that the Republicans blocked a load of bills meant to address election security.

He knows he lost. He's selling a narrative and keeping his followers in line.
He's going to run again for 2024 and keep the money rolling in.

And he won’t win again. The Republican Party will be cursing him.
