Dunno mate, I read elsewhere that 70% of ‘Trumpers’ - whatever the hell that is - believe the election was stolen. Large sections of America are right through the looking glass.

Yes, but Trumpers probably don't even make 30% of lifelong Republicans, just as evangelical, swivel-eyed Brexiteer Northerners who have started voting Tory are still actually a cult within the main body.

Wonder what would have happened had a million civil rights protesters turned up in Washington armed with assault rifles and dressed in combat gear to hear Martin Luther King speak? :emoticon-0112-wonde

I think we all know the answer to that one. The rednecks have been asked to leave there guns at home though, or face arrest, the jails could be crowded

Labour lost my local seat. The MO was asked to head up the anti-Semitic allegations within the Labour Party.
Plus, could any long term labour voter accept Corbyn, other than they have always voted labour.....

That’s completely irresponsible, whoever is behind that should hang their heads in shame. Taking gaslighting to a whole new dimension this. The odds on that ending very badly, are short.

It’s becoming like a living history lesson this debacle. We look back at history with some bemusement at how vile dictators somehow persuaded the plebiscite to rally behind them, and here’s a living example in the 21st Century of exactly how it comes about.

I think there are two reasons why so many Labour voters in the North of England switched to the Tories. Brexit was certainly one, Jeremy Corbyn was probably the other.

Corbyn’s gone, Brexit’s happening.
Brexit is a really bad idea, just speaking as a far away observer. It just looks like you are doing yourself an injury for no particularly good reason. At least the US came to their senses after their mad 2016 mind sneeze.

I live in Portsmouth South. All you need on your pamphlet is, I support Pompey and you're elected. Stephen Morgan lives near FP I think.

Yeah, Brexit will do untold damage for generations imo. But we as a country spent four years tearing ourselves apart over it. No point doing that anymore, it’s happening.

It happened in Jan mate. We left, the referendum result was delivered.

The great trade deal that was promised is all that’s left to resolve........

Just had what I thought was a reasonably intelligent bloke in our messroom tell me that there were more votes cast in Wisconsin for the Dems than there were registered voters. Took me 32 seconds to find an MSN article to debunk it. The answer? "That's the mainstream media. They're lying". :emoticon-0181-fubar

The grooming and gaslighting is truly incredible tbh. They’ve been sold a completely false narrative by a narcissist who can’t accept his own failure, and then it’s reinforced by echo chambers across the net and of course ****ing FB.

Personally, I find it remarkable that seemingly intelligent folk can be conned as easily as this tbh. It’d make a great study. Are they that emotionally invested that they’re prepared to ignore obvious reality, or do they actually honestly believe the demonstrable ****e they’re consuming and regurgitating?

Wow! No wonder the MSM isn't reporting any of this...
