Go and listen to his summary of the evidence.

Anyone who genuinely thinks that there is absolutely no case to answer is a cretin.

I’m not saying that the evidence is going to be enough to win the day - my understanding of the legal hoops that have to be jumped through are extremely technical - but to say that there has been no fraud is idiotic.

Mate nobody in their right mind is saying there were no irregularities. What people are questioning is:

1) Whether the claims of irregularities are all accurate and true.

2) Whether those irregularities (the ones proven to be true) are in line with the negligible amounts we've witnessed in past elections.

The answer to:

1) is no, as we have seen by the numbers of cases either being withdrawn or thrown out of court.

2) is yes based on the the numbers of cases either being withdrawn or thrown out of court.

Wouldn't there have been irregularities in the Trump count ?

Wouldn't there have been irregularities in the Trump count ?

That would fit within 1) but I take your point, it wouldn't be one-sided anyway.

I guess the only thing I missed out was something about a conspiracy. The answer to that would be no for the same reasons though.

Okay, it looks as though I do have to spell this out. Believe me, I didn’t want it to come to this.

Stage one - the US election has to be certified by each State. Until that is done, no winner can be officially announced for the Presidency. Not one single State has yet certified its result.

Stage two - The “office of President Elect” doesn’t actually exist and is a made up title.

Stage three - Biden calling himself, or being referred to as “the President Elect” means jack-****.

Stage four - A handful of swing States have yet to announce the result of their count (let alone certify the ballot), and are currently under investigation for serious polling irregularities which, if upheld by the courts, will entail Trump being re-elected.

Once again, I apologise for taking you through this in baby steps, but you left me with no choice.

You total ****wit. As you conveniently gloss over (then come back and say the title doesn't exist), it's a term applied conventionally, as is lame duck president, which happens to be what Trump is now even if he is too drugged up to admit it. And, it appears, so too are you.

Can the people doing the counting, take Trump to court for the outrageous lies he's told about them?

I would in their shoes. As long as they were fashionable of course.
