I am slightly more inclined to think this is gonna go to SCOTUS on a ruling over whether ballots are discounted.

Lets see know it all goes, I am not certain, if this does go to SCOTUS, I'll make the 100% certainers lives a misery <laugh>

There was already Republican observers inside, just a bunch of nosey ****s that were reported by nervous ballot counters that they were taking unauthorised pics and videos of them. <ok>

Only if he was trying to get the Supreme Court to somehow decree the election void, he’d either have a National level case of fraud or he wouldn’t, if it was the latter he literally would be trying to steal the election.

Only I said a while back, that people were overblowing the impact of the additional Republican judge, as that chamber is there to adjudicate on matters of law, simple as, partisan views don’t outweigh the law, especially when forming part of a collective.

It’s all moot anyway, as he’s got no real case, if he did have, we’d have heard about it by now. All he’s going to achieve is to torch millions of donated $’s in a succession of state level claims. He’s lost the election by about 5 states. Someone just needs to tell him to stop.

You seem more certain than I do and I at least had some evidence, very flimsy as it is :D

I'm putting absolutely no certainty into any claims I see, nor any outcome, I've said I lean toward nothing coming out of it all
My needle on that has only moved ever so slightly toward something coming of it, I still lean toward nothing coming of it.

Only a fool would be 100% on all of this given the litigation ****storm that just started

I'm on my US forum (east coast) atm, and getting **** from some of the Trump supporters for saying that if this even somehow made it to SCOTUS that it doesn't mean SOCTUS will actually be guaranteed to rule in the Trump admin's favour. SCOTUS certainly doesn't always come to decisions along political lines

Gettting it from the absoluters on both sides for merely implying "hold on its not a cert yet" <laugh>

So, if Obama had that kind of sway with the IRS, how come he didn't use it to bring down Trump in 2016? (they tried using a mostly Russian disinfo pile of **** from David Steele to bring him down, that's where most of the crap in it came from, Russians)

As for the conclusion of the obstruction of justice, it was only because Mueller stated that a sitting pres couldn't be prosecuted that it didn't go any further. The evidence is still there though and has been cited by over a thousand federal prosecutors that it could 'result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice'

He hasn't been found guilty of any tax fraud, because as of yet he hasn't been charged with any.

Then you have Bank and Insurance fraud, bribery, campaign finance irregularities (paying off a hooker) the list goes on.

Several of Trump’s close associates are in gaol. His close associate Roger Stone was convicted of witness tampering, running fake social media accounts, obstructing official investigations, and fraud; all connected with the Mueller report, the one Trump still dishonesty claims exonerated him. Stone was released from prison after having been pardoned by Trump, in what many saw as an abuse of his Presidential authority.

Who will pardon Trump if it comes on top?

Only it’s a fact that the IRS still have an outstanding audit ongoing over a $73m tax refund he claimed, which will likely be resolved once he leaves office.

Not that you’re gutted he’s gone or anything, as you were completely neutral in the presidential debate obvs <laugh>
